1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate consumption of extensive computing API costs incurred during AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used to generate a resume or perform an analysis.

2. Exceptions and Technical Errors

If you encounter a technical error that prevents our service from delivering the final product after consuming your credits, or if you were billed improperly due to a system glitch, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund or restore your account credits accordingly.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a valid reason under section 2, please email us directly with your account information and proof of payment, detailing the issue encountered.

4. Subscriptions Cancellation

If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Past charges for prior billing cycles cannot be refunded.
